Porn Relapse At Night Or Later In The Day (3 Warning Signs)

This video is going to be pretty short, but it’s still an important one as I want to share something I discovered a couple of years ago, back when I was still relapsing to porn myself. 

It took me some time before I started to put all the puzzle pieces together, but once I did, I could clearly see that relapses often seemed to follow certain events.

And by noticing that I started seeing those things as warning signs that a relapse is likely to happen IF I don’t take action.

So make sure to stay with me here because you don’t want to miss these warning signs.

Now, these are just my personal observations, and your NoFap journey may perhaps not look the same, but I have had a lot of people saying that they also noticed these warning signs. 

Whenever I was sleeping and had vivid dreams about, well, girls and fooling around with them. The dreams could feel incredibly real and sometimes I even dreamt that I was watching adult sites and sometimes even participating in them in some weird way.

If this happens to you, then stay on your guard for the whole day because your brain is now in “seeking mode”. As in seeking for, you know, nasty stuff - and it will try to find it.

Maybe not in the beginning of the day, but by the end of your day you should stay away from your computer because again, this is a strong warning signal that a relapse might be on its way.

Let’s say that you are out shopping or just out on the town in general and you see a lot of fine looking girls.

But today you notice that your head is turning around a bit more than usual i order for you to check them out. It is like something is really driving you to check them out almost automatically.

Now, I know it’s normal for us men to check out girls, but if you notice this extra strong urge to do so, and this is especially true if you also notice feelings of frustration while checking them out, then, my friends, it is a clear warning sign that a porn addiction relapse is coming later that day.

Plan activities away from your computer...

And it usually happens pretty quickly after you get home, so please be aware of this one.

Again, I would try to plan activities away from your computer that night. Or at the very least be super aware of the danger.

If you are texting with a girl you find particularly hot and that girl implies that something might happen with you two, you know something dirty...

...well that is 50% of the warning sign right there...

...but it doesn’t end there because, if you then reply to that text, which you obviously do, because hey, it’s not like your an alpha male that has better things to do right, anyway, so you reply to her message, but then SHE remains silent for the rest of the day and does not respond.

Ouch... well there it is, now the warning sign is 100% complete as now your thoughts are really stuck you know where...man we guys are so predictable.

I'm speaking from experience...

And by the way, I’ve been there myself so it’s not like I’m pointing fingers here.

I mean common, how do you think I know all this stuff?

Anyway, if this happens,it is really a strong warning sign - so if you somehow muster up the discipline for it; turn off your phone for the rest of the day. 

Texting and sexting in the beginning of your reboot...

I can also add that texting with girls in general is not really a good thing to do in the beginning of a reboot, as it is so easy for those images of adult sites to start spinning around in your head.

So, I would highly recommend you try to build up a streak of 14 days minimum before you start doing that.

Implementing such a rule will be very beneficial for most guys.
